OUR RESPONSE TO COVID19

Dear Three Lambs family:  

As the impact of COVID-19 continues to be felt around the world, our hearts go out to all those who have been affected and our gratitude goes out those on the front lines. We want you to know that the health and well-being of our employees and our customers and extended community will always be our top priority, and we realise this is a stressful time for our parents and parents to be.  

In an effort to minimise risk and maximise social distancing, and to protect you and our employees, we have made the following changes to our operations:  

REGISTRY Services: For new parents-to-be who have already created their registries online we understand how disappointing it is to have to cancel the shower itself, but we are here to help! For those who have not had the opportunity to come into the store for a registry appointment, we can also help! You may contact us to arrange a virtual appointment where we can walk you through everything as if you were with us in store. Whether you have a face to face shower or not your guests can still shop online or by phone. Your gifts may be delivered to you via a delivery service, Canada Post or if your friends select “coordinate with gift recipient” at checkout, we can gather them together so you can pick them up all at once with our convenient curb-side service . If your Shower is cancelled consider having a ‘Virtual’ shower by making a video when you open your gifts and share the video with your friends and family so they can share your excitement and gratitude for their gifts to you and your new bundle of joy!

Unfortunately as this pandemic progresses you may notice a dwindling number of products available online. We have a lot of stock in-store and are currently still receiving new shipments from some of some of our distributors. However, we are starting to receive notifications that a number of brands have had to shutdown production or their distribution is slowed to a near halt, some warehouses may eventually run out of some products . We have already begun to experience delays in some shipments of new products and special orders which we could not have predicted would not be fulfilled due to this current situation. We apologise for these delays and inconveniences, we cannot at this time offer refunds for such delays but can discuss alternatives with you to help ease your stress during this time.

We generally have a variety of similar products, so if you cannot find exactly what you were looking for we will gladly help by suggesting a similar product to suit your needs. We will do all we can to support you during this difficult time.

We are all doing our part to #flattenthecurve while still being here for you and hope that by being pro-active we can stop the spread of COVID19. Our plan is to resume full operations as soon as possible but this situation is in a state of flux. I will keep you posted here on our website or on our Instagram feed.
