Ordering Online

All order inquiries are to be emailed to info@threelambs.ca

When ordering a product from our website we will request information from you at checkout. You must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date and security code). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Order changes and cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placement of the original order. Changes or requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted. If your order has already been processed, you will need to refer to the Return Policies portion of our Customer Care page. Please send all order changes or requests to: info@threelambs.ca

Payment must be made in-full prior to shipment. We accept PayPal, and Debit, Credit (MasterCard, VISA and American Express) via the PayPal link. Visa and MasterCard Gift Cards cannot be used online. If you have and would like to use ThreeLambs Gift Cards or credit you have on account with ThreeLambs select ” . All credit cards must be North American, we cannot accept international cards. If you are purchasing from an international location, and shipping within Canada or the US you can use PayPal

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will be contacted by phone or email confirming your products, billing, and shipping address. When your order ships you will receive a tracking number shortly thereafter.

You may be contacted by a customer care associate if there are any issues with your order, which can include (but are not limited to): stock issues, shipping charges, or contact information errors.

The information, material, content and images on the pages of our website (the “Information”) may be changed at any time without notice. All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only and an actual product may vary due to product enhancement.
